Summary

This study compares two teaching methods to help older adults reduce their fear of falling and prevent falls. 102 people aged 60+ who have fallen in the past year will take either an active, interactive class or a traditional lecture. Researchers will track their concerns about falling, actual falls, and other health outcomes for 6 months.
