Summary
This study tests whether a smartphone app called iROLL-O+ can help people who use wheelchairs or scooters prevent and manage falls better than standard advice from the CDC. The study includes 120 adults with spinal cord injury or multiple sclerosis who have had at least one fall in the past three years. Participants will either use the app or receive standard fall prevention information, and researchers will compare how well each approach reduces falls and improves confidence in daily activities.
