Summary

This study tests whether a smartphone app can help African-American adults with uncontrolled high blood pressure lower their numbers and adopt healthier habits. About 100 participants will use the app or receive standard care, and their blood pressure will be tracked for up to 6 months. The goal is to see if the app leads to better blood pressure control and heart health.
