NCT ID NCT05550675

First seen Dec 18, 2025 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study is creating a detailed database of 150 adults with faecal incontinence to compare those who also have urinary incontinence (double incontinence) with those who do not. Researchers will use medical history, anorectal manometry, and quality-of-life questionnaires to identify factors like diarrhea and past surgeries that may increase risk. The goal is to better understand what causes double incontinence and how it affects daily life.
