Summary

This study is testing whether a 12-week online facial yoga program can help reduce stress and improve thinking skills in women going through menopause. Researchers will enroll 100 women and randomly assign them to either do the yoga sessions or continue with their usual care. They will measure stress levels, thinking abilities, and a stress hormone called cortisol to see if the yoga makes a difference.
