Summary
This study aims to see if a 12-week online facial yoga program can help reduce stress, improve thinking skills, and lower stress hormone levels in women going through menopause. Researchers will compare 100 women who do the yoga sessions to a group receiving usual care. The goal is to find a simple, non-drug way to support mental well-being during this life stage.
