Summary
This study tested two ways to make the face look younger without surgery: a special microneedling treatment that uses radiofrequency energy, and a set of facial muscle exercises. Forty women with mild to moderate facial aging took part. The goal was to see which method worked better and was safer for improving wrinkles and overall appearance.
