Summary
This study aims to better understand how facial muscles work during expressions like smiling. Researchers will use MRI scans and motion capture technology to measure both the surface skin movements and the deeper muscle movements. The goal is to create a computer model that helps doctors plan surgeries and track recovery for conditions like facial paralysis. The study involves 50 healthy adults with no facial conditions.
