Tracking a lifelong treatment for rare genetic disorder

Summary
This study aims to understand how well a manufactured enzyme therapy works for Chinese children and adults with Fabry disease in everyday medical practice. Researchers will observe 200 patients who are already receiving this ongoing treatment to see how it affects their heart and kidney health over time. The goal is to gather real-world information on the treatment's effectiveness and safety, without changing the patients' standard care routines.
