First seen Feb 06, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 13 times

Summary

This study followed 26 people with Anderson-Fabry disease to see how their heart muscle changed over time using MRI scans. Some participants were taking the drug Replagal® (agalsidase alpha) and some were not. The goal was to see if a special MRI measurement called T1 time could show whether the treatment helps the heart.
