Summary
This study looks at how the eye heals after surgery to remove a wrinkle-like film on the retina (epiretinal membrane). Researchers want to see if adding a special laser treatment one month after surgery helps improve vision and eye structure more than surgery alone. About 100 people who need this surgery will take part, and their eyes will be checked before surgery and at 1 and 4 months after.
