Eye pressure before surgery may throw off vision correction

NCT ID NCT07283614

First seen Dec 29, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study looks at whether having very low eye pressure before retinal detachment surgery makes it harder to predict the right lens power for vision correction. Researchers will compare 45 people with low versus normal eye pressure to see how accurate the final glasses prescription is. The goal is to improve surgical planning and visual outcomes.
