Eye pressure puzzle: can low pressure before surgery throw off vision results?

NCT ID NCT07283614

Summary

This study aims to understand if having low eye pressure before a specific eye surgery makes it harder for doctors to predict the final vision correction. Researchers are observing 45 patients who need combined cataract and retinal detachment surgery. They are comparing results between patients with normal vs. low pre-surgery eye pressure to see if it affects the accuracy of the implanted lens power.
