Summary
This study is testing whether a program of guided eye movement exercises and counseling sessions can help improve sleep quality for older adults living in nursing homes. Researchers will work with 68 participants who report poor sleep, having them perform specific eye exercises three times weekly along with weekly motivational sessions. The goal is to see if this combination approach helps seniors sleep better and develop healthier sleep habits.
