Summary
This early-phase study tested a special eye drop (rhPRG4) in 3 adults with moderate to severe dry eye from chronic graft-versus-host disease, a complication of stem cell transplants. The goal was to see if the drops safely ease dryness and eye damage. The study was terminated early, so results are limited.
