Summary

This study tests two types of neck exercises in 34 adults with cervicogenic headache (headache caused by neck problems). One group does eye-neck coordination exercises, the other uses a pressure device to train deep neck muscles. Both aim to reduce pain, improve neck movement, and restore neck position sense. The goal is to find which approach works better for managing this type of headache.
