Summary
This study watches 600 children under 10 years old to see what helps them breathe well when their breathing tube is removed after surgery. The children receive a special type of anesthesia that doesn't use gas. The goal is to find better rules for removing the tube safely and avoid problems like low oxygen or airway blockages.
