First seen Mar 22, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This early-phase study tests whether giving an extended course of Sipuleucel-T (an immunotherapy) can strengthen the immune system's attack on prostate cancer cells in men with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer. About 13 participants will receive three infusions over 12-14 weeks. The goal is to see if this longer treatment is feasible and boosts immune responses against the cancer.
