First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study tested whether a slow-release caffeine pill (zümXR) works better than regular caffeine for improving mood, energy, and focus after a night of poor sleep. 36 healthy adults who usually drink moderate caffeine took both types on separate days after sleeping less than 5 hours. Researchers measured side effects like jitters and anxiety, as well as alertness and mood, over 7 hours.
