New trial aims to stop Cancer's spread with targeted local therapy

Summary
This study is for people with stage IV cancer that has started to grow in only a few new spots (oligoprogression). Researchers want to see if treating those spots directly with radiation, surgery, or other local methods can help control the disease better than just switching to a new drug. About 400 adults will take part, and the main goal is to check safety and how well the approach works.
