NCT ID NCT06238141
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study looked at whether expressive writing (writing about thoughts and feelings) could help nursing interns in China deal with stress and feel more engaged at work. 52 interns were split into two groups: one wrote about their feelings, the other wrote about neutral topics, both for 10-15 minutes twice a week for nine weeks. The goal was to see if the expressive writing group would report less stress and better coping strategies compared to the neutral writing group.
