Summary
This study tested whether joining online writing groups could improve mood and quality of life for people caring for a loved one with cancer. One hundred caregivers took part in four video sessions where they wrote about their deepest thoughts and feelings, then shared reactions with the group. The study compared those who did the writing right away to those on a waitlist to see if the writing helped reduce distress and improve well-being.
