First seen Mar 12, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 10 times
Summary
This study tested whether expressive arts therapy (like drawing or painting) could help intensive care unit nurses feel less anxious about death. 66 nurses were split into two groups: one group did weekly art therapy sessions for six weeks, while the other group did not. The researchers measured death anxiety levels before and after the program to see if the therapy helped.
