This study tested whether expressive arts therapy—like drawing, painting, or writing—can help intensive care unit (ICU) nurses feel less anxious about death. 66 nurses took part, with half attending weekly art therapy sessions for six weeks. The goal was to see if this creative approach could lower their death anxiety and improve their mental well-being.
