Virus-Delivered CAR-T therapy targets tough lymphoma

Summary
This early-stage study tests a new treatment for B-cell lymphoma that has come back or not responded to other therapies. The treatment uses a specially designed virus to deliver CAR-T/M cells directly into the body to attack cancer cells. About 48 adults aged 18 to 75 will take part to see if the approach is safe and how well it works.
