Summary
This program offers the experimental drug SPG302 to adults with ALS who cannot join other clinical trials. The goal is to check if the drug is safe and may help control the disease. Participants must be between 18 and 80 years old, have a confirmed ALS diagnosis, and not be eligible for other ALS studies.
