Summary
This study provided a single patient with recurrent osteosarcoma (a type of bone cancer) access to a personalized treatment made from their own tumor's genetic material. The therapy uses RNA-loaded lipid particles to try to control the cancer. The study is no longer available and was limited to one patient who had already tried other treatments.
