New injection battle: exosomes take on shingles pain

Summary
This study tests three different injections—exosomes, platelet-rich plasma, and steroids—to see which works best for long-lasting nerve pain after shingles. Forty-five adults with pain for at least 90 days will receive four treatments every two weeks. Researchers will measure pain levels, quality of life, and side effects over six months.
