New exosome therapy aims to repair heart damage after preeclampsia

Summary
This study tests whether a one-time IV treatment of stem cell exosomes can repair blood vessel damage in 80 women who recently had preeclampsia. Half receive the treatment, half a placebo, with follow-up at one week. The goal is to reduce their higher risk of future heart disease.
