First seen Nov 25, 2025 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study tests a nasal spray made from tiny particles (exosomes) from human stem cells to see if it can safely improve core symptoms of autism in children aged 3 to 7. Forty children will be split into two groups: one gets the spray every other day for 10 doses, and the other gets no treatment. Researchers will monitor side effects and use behavior checklists to measure any changes.
