Summary
This study tests whether a nasal spray made from human umbilical cord stem cell exosomes can safely improve core symptoms of autism in children aged 3 to 7. Forty children will be split into two groups: one gets the spray every other day for 10 doses, and the other gets no treatment. Researchers will monitor side effects and use behavior rating scales to see if the spray helps.
