Summary
This study is looking at tiny particles called exosomes in the blood of people with rectal cancer. The goal is to see if these particles can help predict how well a patient responds to chemotherapy and radiation before surgery. Researchers will compare exosome levels before, during, and after treatment with the actual results from surgery. The study involves 30 adults with rectal cancer who are scheduled for standard treatment.
