First seen May 12, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study tests a wearable robotic exoskeleton to see if it can improve mobility, balance, and walking in healthy older adults and people with Parkinson's disease, who are at high risk for falls. About 26 participants will attend two lab sessions to perform tasks like walking and standing with and without the exoskeleton. The goal is to find out if the device helps immediately and how users feel about it.
