Summary
This study tests whether a wearable robotic arm brace (MyoPro) can help people who had a stroke more than 6 months ago and have severe arm weakness. The brace uses muscle signals to assist movement during therapy. The goal is to see if using the brace leads to better arm function compared to therapy alone. The study involves 60 adults aged 18-89.
