Summary
This study looked at whether combining fun exercise games (exergaming) with a Mediterranean diet could help people with thyroid cancer feel better after having their thyroid removed. 80 adults were split into groups: one did exergaming, one followed a Mediterranean diet, one did both, and one received standard care. The program lasted 12 weeks and measured immune system markers and thyroid hormone levels.
