NCT ID NCT06377254
Summary
This study aims to understand how physical activity and inactivity affect the body as we age. Researchers will ask 40 adults aged 50-65 to either increase their activity to recommended levels or decrease it to a typical sedentary level for six months. They will measure changes in fitness, muscle, brain function, metabolism, and overall health to learn how lifestyle impacts aging.
