Summary
This study tests three different 12-week programs to help older adults (60+) with type 2 diabetes who live in nursing homes better manage their blood sugar. The programs are: electrical muscle stimulation, supervised exercise (aerobic and resistance), and a health education class. The goal is to find which approach is most practical and effective for this group.
