NCT ID NCT06406803

First seen Jan 17, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study looks at how a week of either eating less or exercising daily affects protein growth in prostate tumors and muscles. Forty-five men with prostate cancer will be assigned to a reduced-calorie diet, daily exercise with mild diet changes, or their usual routine. Researchers will measure tumor and muscle protein growth to see which approach might help slow tumor growth while keeping muscles strong.
