First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study looked at two types of exercise—moderate and high-intensity interval training—to see which one helps children with spastic diplegia (a form of cerebral palsy) walk better and use energy more efficiently. Thirty children aged 3 to 5 took part, and their walking, energy use, and daily movement were measured before and after the program. The goal was to find a better way to improve mobility and ease daily activity.
