First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study looked at two exercise programs—moderate intensity and high-intensity interval training—to see which one improves walking, energy use, and daily movement in children with spastic diplegia cerebral palsy. Thirty children aged 3 to 5 years took part, and their walking and energy were measured before and after the training. The goal was to find a better way to help these kids move more easily.
