First seen Mar 09, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This study tests if a personalized home exercise program can prevent joint and muscle pain caused by aromatase inhibitors, a common breast cancer treatment. About 206 early breast cancer patients who just started this medication will be randomly assigned to either the exercise program or usual care. The goal is to see if exercise can stop pain from starting or getting worse.
