First seen Mar 09, 2026 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study tests whether a personalized home exercise routine can prevent joint and muscle pain in early breast cancer patients who are starting a common hormone therapy (aromatase inhibitors). About 200 participants will be randomly assigned to either the exercise program or usual care. The goal is to see if exercise can stop these painful symptoms from developing in the first place.
