Summary

This study looked at whether exercising before or after lunch works better to keep blood sugar levels stable in women with type 1 diabetes, both during pregnancy and in those planning pregnancy. Twenty women participated, and researchers measured how much time their blood sugar stayed in a healthy range over 24 hours. The goal is to find simple exercise timing tips to improve glucose control and reduce pregnancy risks.
