Summary
This study looked at whether exercising before or after lunch helps control blood sugar better in women with type 1 diabetes, both pregnant and non-pregnant. Twenty women participated, and researchers measured how much time their blood sugar stayed in a healthy range over 24 hours. The goal is to find the best exercise timing to reduce complications during pregnancy.
