Can just 4 minutes of exercise help manage serious mental illness?
NCT ID NCT06313918
Summary
This study is testing two different exercise programs for people with schizophrenia or bipolar disorder. Researchers want to see if a shorter, 4-minute workout is easier for people to stick with long-term compared to a longer, 16-minute workout. The goal is to find the best exercise approach to improve physical health, mental symptoms, and quality of life for people living with these conditions.
