NCT ID NCT07370727

First seen Jan 29, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study looks at whether doing resistance exercises at different speeds can improve kidney function and metabolic health in people who have received a kidney transplant. Twelve adults aged 18 to 50 who had a transplant at least a year ago will be randomly assigned to train at either a fast or slow speed for 12 weeks. The goal is to see if this type of exercise can help manage ongoing health risks like metabolic syndrome and cardiovascular problems.
