Summary
This study compares two exercise programs—high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and moderate-intensity continuous training (MICT)—to see which better improves mobility, muscle strength, and quality of life in adults with type 2 diabetes. Researchers will enroll 28 participants aged 35 to 65 who have had diabetes for at least five years. The goal is to find the most effective exercise approach for managing diabetes-related complications.
