Summary
This study compares two exercise programs—high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and moderate-intensity continuous training (MICT)—in 28 adults aged 35-65 with type 2 diabetes. The goal is to see which approach better improves mobility, muscle strength, and quality of life. Participants will be assigned to one of the two exercise groups and assessed using simple tests like standing from a chair and grip strength.
