NCT ID NCT07558421
First seen May 01, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study looks at whether brief, intense stair-climbing sessions, called 'exercise snacks,' can improve blood vessel function and body composition in overweight adults aged 18-35. Sixty participants will be split into four groups, including a no-exercise control group, for 6-8 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in artery health, body fat, and blood fats using ultrasound, body scans, and blood tests.
