Summary
This study looked at whether resistance exercises or relaxation therapy better improve physical function and quality of life in people with mild-to-moderate chronic kidney disease. Fifty adults aged 30-65 took part. One group did both relaxation and resistance exercises, while the other did only resistance exercises. The goal was to see which approach helps patients feel better and move easier.
